I have a question about my loved one’s medications – who do I talk to?
As a first start, all questions about a Resident’s care and medications need to be directed to their nurse, as they know your loved one best.However, all our nurses know that the Hogan Pharmacy Pharmacists are available to answer any medication related questions at any time.We are also available to have pharmacists participate in family meetings, if you wish!

You can call our Accounts department at 519-342-3010 extension 102, or use our toll-free line 1-888-223-1011, Monday to Friday, 9am-4pm

If you are at one our long-term facilities, ask to speak to our on-site regulated pharmacy technician!

How can I pay my bill?

We can arrange for monthly automatic withdrawal from a bank account, or automatically bill you credit card for the easiest, no-worry option

You can use on-line banking, we have accounts set up with all major Canadian financial institutions (e.g. RBC, CIBC, TD, BMO, Credit Unions)

Your payee information is 8 digit alpha numeric
